2. WHAT ARE COOKIES?
A cookie is a small data file that a website stores on the user's browser or device and that allows information about their visit to be retrieved. In this Policy we use the term βcookiesβ broadly, including equivalent technologies for storing and retrieving data (for example, local storage or pixels).
3. LEGAL BASIS
There is no separate law regulating cookies in the Republic of Armenia. At the same time, online identifiers β IP addresses, cookie identifiers and device identifiers β are personal data within the meaning of the Law of the Republic of Armenia on the Protection of Personal Data. For that reason, cookies that are not strictly necessary are only set with the user's prior, informed consent.
Technical or strictly necessary cookies do not require consent, as the website cannot function correctly without them.

5. THIRD-PARTY COOKIES AND CROSS-BORDER TRANSFERS
The analytics cookies described in section 4.2 are set by Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited. That processing may involve cross-border transfers of data outside the Republic of Armenia, on the basis of the mechanisms provided for by the Law on the Protection of Personal Data. Further information on Google's use of this data is available at https://policies.google.com/technologies/cookies.
6. HOW WE OBTAIN YOUR CONSENT
On first access to the website, a notice is displayed informing the user about the use of cookies and allowing them, through buttons of equal prominence, to accept all cookies or reject all non-necessary ones. Until the user expresses a choice, analytics cookies remain disabled.
The user's choice is kept for 6 months. After that period, or if the user clears their browser cookies, the notice will be shown again.
7. WITHDRAWING CONSENT
You may change or withdraw your consent at any time, and as easily as you gave it, through the Cookie settings link, also available in the footer of this site. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
You may also block or delete cookies that are already set through your browser settings. Please note that blocking technical cookies may prevent the site from working correctly.
8. USERS' RIGHTS
Where the use of cookies involves the processing of personal data, users may exercise their rights to access, rectify, erase and block their data and to object to processing by writing to hello@loyalita.am, and may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia. Detailed information is available in the Privacy Policy.
9. CHANGES
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the law or the cookies actually used on the site. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page. If the changes affect cookies that require consent, consent will be requested again.
